My experience with Horhut has been exceptional. Jaime is professional, knowledgeable and kind. A couple years ago I had Horhut consult with me about my trees and their team pruned what needed to be cared for. They gave me specific advice about the types of trees I had and when I needed to prune. They considered my family and where my children played in the backyard when advising branch concerns. I had Jaime back today for additional consult since I was concerned with trees falling in our neighborhood and how nature has affected my trees. Jaime and her crew are amazing. We had a tree come through our family room at 2:15 am on 7/11/24. After we reached out to State Farm to file a claim, Jaime called us and was at our door at 7 am to inspect the damage; had her crew here later that morning, and had the tree(s) off of our roof by early that evening. Exceptional Service and outstanding knowledge. After hiring a large chain tree service company and being sold one service and receiving another, we reached out to Jamie and Steve. We were looking for actual CERTIFIED EXPERTS who owned and operated their own business, and they have more than delivered. Not only do they have our yearly service, but they also have our neighbors, my parents, and their neighbors. PJ, one of their field techs, is an absolute wizard (PJ Scizzor hands), and I swear he cuts (by hand) and treats our trees as if they were his own.
